QB freezes when I save a PDF file

Whenever I save invoices in PDF format, QB freezes. How can I get rid of this problem.

    When you uninstalled and reinstalled, did you rename the product folders?

    Not performing a clean install will cause the program to install itself back to the damaged program folders.
    -First you need to reinstall the QB pro. When doing it, perform a clean reinstallation.
    -download Ccleaner from filehippo.com and run the Registry cleaner.
    -Before you start installing the software, rename the products folder or delete the old one because the new installation will still use the old damaged folders.
    -After that update the QB using the following link.
